Cambridge (UK), 30 June 2016 07:00 CEST: Global Graphics SE (Euronext: GLOG) (the "Company") announces that on 29 June 2016 a number of directors and senior executives of the Company have each acquired ordinary shares of €0.40 each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company’s share option scheme.
