Support and Solution Engineer
IT affinity meets print production – We're looking for you!
Are you tech-savvy, have a good sense for processes and procedures – and want to do something tangible and impactful? Then you've come to the right place!
We are not looking for a classic prepress professional (although that's certainly a great background), but rather someone with an understanding of IT who is eager to dive into the world of print production. Prepress, color management, automated workflows, and PDF technologies – that's our world, and we'll teach it to you.

Your responsibilities
- You will support us in implementing customer projects
- You will help analyze, digitize, and optimize workflows
- You will work with modern products like PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW – don’t worry, we’ll show you how
- You will be the interface between customers, production, and IT – a true key role
Your qualifications
- Interest in IT, digital processes, and print production
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and basics in web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working
- Enjoy understanding problems, improving processes, and developing solutions
- Ideally, experience in print, design, or data handling – but not a must!
