We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our artwork management solutions to brand owners, ensuring our platform is at the forefront of their creative, design, and prepress operations. Travel is required for client visits, events, and trade shows.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target brand owners and packaging teams across various industries
- Engage with key decision-makers in branding, marketing, and packaging departments to identify their artwork management needs
- Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Hybrid Brandz’s solutions
- Represent Hybrid Brandz during events, brand-owner summits, and international trade shows
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Track sales activities, manage your sales funnel, report on performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring knowledge of the latest developments in packaging design, prepress, and artwork management technologies
Your qualifications
- Proven track record of selling artwork management solutions, software, or services to brand owners
- Deep understanding of packaging design, prepress, and the workflows associated with these areas
- Strong sales background with experience in B2B technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the executive level
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing strategic support
- US-based candidates, ideally located in Central or Eastern time zones
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise-level sales, especially in the packaging or design software industry.
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in the packaging and design sectors.
- Existing relationships within the branding and packaging industries.
