Pompey (France), 22 March 2011: Global Graphics (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) now expects to release consolidated financial information for the periods closed during the year ending 31 December 2011 before market opening on the following dates:
Quarterly results release dates
- Quarter ending 31 March 2011: Thursday 28 April 2011;
- Quarter and six-month period ending 30 June 2011: Thursday 28 July 2011;
- Quarter and nine-month period ending 30 September 2011: Friday 21 October 2011.
2011 shareholders’ meeting
The Company expects to hold its annual general meeting in Brussels (Belgium) at 11.00 CET on 16 June 2011, in Brussels (Belgium).
The precise meeting venue and agenda will be provided in due time in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
