Global Graphics (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) expects to release financial information in 2013 before market opening on each of the following dates:
Quarterly results release dates
- Quarter and full year ending 31 December 2012: Wednesday 13 February 2013;
- Quarter ending 31 March 2013: Friday 26 April 2013;
- Quarter and six-month period ending 30 June 2013: Thursday 1 August 2013;
- Quarter and nine-month period ending 30 September 2013: Friday 25 October 2013.
Scheduled analyst meeting in 2013
A meeting with the Company’s analysts is scheduled for Friday 26 April 2013 in Brussels (Belgium).
2013 shareholders’ meeting
The Company expects to hold its annual general meeting on Friday 26 April 2013 in Brussels (Belgium).
The meeting’s timing, venue, and final agenda will be provided in due time in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
