Global Graphics publishes financial calendar for 2012

Global Graphics (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) expects to release financial information in 2012 before market opening on each of the following dates:

Quarterly results release dates

• Quarter and full year ending 31 December 2011: Wednesday 8 February 2012;
• Quarter ending 31 March 2012: Friday 27 April 2012;
• Quarter and six-month period ending 30 June 2012: Thursday 30 August 2012;
• Quarter and nine-month period ending 30 September 2012: Friday 26 October 2012.

Scheduled analyst meeting in 2012
A meeting with the Company’s analysts is scheduled for Friday 27 April 2012 in Brussels (Belgium).

2012 shareholders’ meeting
The Company expects to hold its annual general meeting on the morning of Friday 27 April 2012 in Brussels (Belgium), notably to approve the statutory and consolidated results for the year ending 31 December 2011.
The meeting’s venue and final agenda will be provided in due time in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
