Global Graphics publishes financial calendar for 2010

Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) expects to release financial information in 2010 on the following dates:

Quarterly results release dates

• Quarter and year ending 31 December 2009: Wednesday 10 February 2010;
• Quarter ending 31 March 2010: Friday 23 April 2010;
• Quarter and six-month period ending 30 June 2010: Thursday 29 July 2010;
• Quarter and nine-month period ending 30 September 2010: Wednesday 20 October 2010.

2009 annual report
English and French versions of the Company’s annual report for the year ending 31 December 2009 are expected to be available for download from the investor section of the Company’s website from Friday 26 March 2010.  Printed copies of this report will be available on request shortly thereafter by sending an e-mail to: investor-relations@globalgraphics.com, or writing to the Company’s registered office.

2010 annual meeting
The annual shareholders’ meeting is expected to be held on Friday 23 April 2010 in Brussels (Belgium), the final time and agenda being subject to confirmation at least 35 days ahead of that date.

2010 analyst meetings
A meeting with the Company’s analysts is scheduled for Friday 23 April 2010 at the outcome of the annual general meeting.
