We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead the sales of specialist software in the graphic arts sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the market for digital printing, pre-press, and automation solutions in this sector, and will be familiar with the specific needs of customers in the industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with customers and helping them understand the value and impact our technology solutions can have on their operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Business development: Identifying and prospecting potential customers in the graphic arts industry (especially in the label and packaging segments) within the Iberia area.
• Management of the full sales cycle: From initial prospecting to contract closure, including product presentations, software demonstrations and price negotiation.
• Consultancy and technical advice: Understanding the technical and commercial needs of customers to offer customised solutions that maximise their
• productivity and quality in printing and graphic design processes.
• Customer relations: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers, providing a high level of service and follow-up.
• Coordination with internal teams: Work closely with technical support, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting sales targets: Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
• Market analysis: Keeping abreast of trends in the graphic arts industry and new technologies to identify future opportunities and challenges.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the graphic arts, digital printing or related technology solutions sector is a plus.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with pre-press workflow, digital printing, colour management and process automation in the printing industry.
• Sales skills: Experience in managing the full sales cycle and identifying business opportunities.
• Customer focus: Ability to understand and communicate the value of complex solutions to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to interact effectively with different customer profiles.
• Willingness to travel: Ability to travel within the assigned area and attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Catalan is an asset.

For our offices in Merelbeke, Belgium we are currently looking for a highly motivated Software Tester. You will join our QA team, which assists the development team in delivering high-quality software products to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will carry out manual and automatic testing on our interactive applications.
• You will carry out manual and automatic testing on our workflow products.
• You are in direct communication with Development for problem analyse and testing.
• You could be involved in activities such as requirements analysis, planning, test design, security and vulnerability testing, performance, releasing, documenting, training and post-release support.
• You will have the opportunity to develop and support automated testing scripts and procedures.

Your qualifications:

• Experience of manual testing (experience with test automation tools would be a bonus but not necessary).
• Scripting languages.
• Good written & verbal communication and the ability to work in a team.
• A good understanding of the software development process will help.
• A degree in ‘computer science’ or ‘graphics and digital media’.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English.
